What happens when I reach my FREE plan limits?
When you reach the 10 data row limit on the FREE plan, you won't be able to add more rows until you either delete existing data or upgrade to PRO. You'll see upgrade prompts when you hit the limit.
Can I downgrade from PRO to FREE?
Yes, you can downgrade at any time through the Central Hub billing portal. However, if you have more than 10 data rows when you downgrade, you'll need to reduce your data before you can add new rows.
How do I manage my subscription?
All subscription management is handled through the PRS Labs Central Hub. Click the "Upgrade to PRO" button to be taken to the billing portal where you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription.
